COSTS - by offering our home lending programs in this manner, we are able to offer you extremely competitive financing. We offer refinance (with debt consolidation and/or cash out available), home purchase (up to 107% financing) and home equity loans up to 125% of your home's equity.

Special programs are available for most credit circumstances. For those with less than perfect credit, our company believes that you should be treated with respect and attention if you have poor credit, not treated like a second class citizen. Even if a loan cannot be obtained at the present time, we will guide you in what needs to be done in order to close a loan with our office in the near future.

After we receive your inquiry, you will be contacted for a no obligation consultation to discuss your needs.

The loan application and associated documents will be sent to you via overnight mail for your review and signature. You would then return them to us by overnight mail (pick up service may be available in your area) at our cost.

You may also complete our pre-qualification documents at Mortgage Documents.  You can fill these out at your leisure and call us when ready and we arrange UPS to pick up your package at no cost to you. These forms if properly filled out will enable us to run a credit report and pre-qualify you for a loan program. If qualified, you will receive final documents with a Good Faith Estimate for final submission of your application. We will of course call you after we run your credit report to discuss the programs available and we may call you prior to that for further information.
