These documents are for non-commercial property loans, such as home loans and residential investment property under four units. These forms are to be used for the initial qualification process only and is not an approval to do a loan.
We do prefer that you call us before completing the application and forms, only to help address your needs better. However, if you prefer to complete these forms first you are welcome to do so.
You can print out the documents and complete at your own pace or you can fill out the application online and then print out. Just complete and sign. The loan application must be printed out on legal size paper, while the Notices and Authorizations are 8.5 by 11. When ready please call our office at 1-800-952-7233 and we will arrange for UPS to pick up the documents at your home or office.
YOU MAY ALSO FAX ALL THE DOCUMENTS TO 209-320-0718. However, please call our office or e-mail first to make sure that we have enough paper and that legal paper is supplied.
Once received, we will call you if we need further information and to discuss what loan programs you may qualify for. If you are interested, then you will receive a complete set of documents to start the loan process.
We will need both the Loan Application and the other documents listed under "Notices and Authorizations" to be signed. One of these forms permits us to run a credit report that will help in the qualification process.
