Our company was established in 1960 by Charles H. Harris and started out as an insurance agency catering to the families of local farmers, union members and the public. Today we also specialize in Commercial, Residential and Investment Property transactions for acquisition and sales. We also offer Land Development Consulting and Services.
Many of our clients have been with us for over forty years and are proud to have second and third generations along with the referrals they send.
It is a strong conviction that we will not indulge in deceptive advertising or use "bait and switch" tactics to induce short term sales. Instead, we are committed to open disclosure of the terms and conditions of their products and services and open communications from start to finish so that clients can make informed decisions.
We also welcome and encourage involvement of client's attorneys and accountants or other professionals in overall legal, financial and tax planning for real estate property investment and services, land development, financing, 1031 exchanges and other services.
Susan Harris-Kennedy is President/CEO and is on the Board of Directors. Joined the Company in 1978. She started as a salesperson and then became the Broker's Representative for California. She has served as Executive Vice President, Vice President of Marketing and served as CFO for eight years before becoming President and CEO in 1996. She handles the Company's marketing, management and client/public relations.
Thomas E. Kennedy is Vice President of Real Estate Acquisitions and Sales. Joining the Company in 1987, he holds an MBA from the Claremont Graduate School (Drucker School of Management) in Finance, Marketing and Econometrics and has over 15 years of banking experience. He handles commercial, residential and investment real estate acquisitions and sales. Tom also has experience running rental property and can offer guidance as well as keen knowledge of the San Joaquin Valley for investment purposes. He is also a real estate developer.
